Events

As a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist I feel privileged to work with and to be able to help people often at a very low point in their lives.  I strongly believe that we should be able to talk about and seek help for  our mental health as easily and naturally as we can for issues with our physical health – although sadly we don’t always feel this is the case.

Often getting a better understanding of a something is the first step towards making things better.  For this reason I offer a range of information events covering some of the topics that are the most frequent concerns of clients seeking my help.

I offer most of these events free of charge in the hope that they will give people who need support a starting point on their journey to feeling better.

Sleep Better, Feel Better

Sleep problems can take many forms, perhaps presenting as difficulty falling asleep, waking up during the night, or waking too early every morning.  Or you may struggle to sleep at the proper time, only to fall into a deep sleep that is difficult to wake up from just before the alarm goes off.  These patterns are often the mind’s way of signalling to you that there’s something in your daily life that needs addressing.  It is important to address sleep issues, not only because of the obvious impact on daily life, but also because of longer term health concerns, some of which can be serious.

For anyone who suffers from poor sleep, this session take a look at underlying issues affecting sleep and gives some positive steps that anyone can take to make healthy and restful sleep a reality again.
