Anxiety levels have reduced considerably.
I have been seeing Claire for several months now and she has helped me enormously, partly by allowing me to find ways of helping myself. Explanations of how the brain operates, particularly in states of anxiety, were really clear, very interesting too and very helpful in understanding what was going on in your body and in your head. As a result of these sessions with Claire I am feeling much more settled, anxiety levels have reduced considerably, I’m sleeping well and I think I now have the tools to carry on. Hypnotherapy has dramatically changed my outlook
I sought help from Claire after trying various other treatments which had limited success. At first I was unsure if the process would work but I have been very surprised by the results. I no longer experience the levels of anxiety I did before hypnotherapy. The real surprise to me was the effect of having a night of proper sleep!
I wanted to write and let you know how beneficial I have found working with you. I really did not know what to do to overcome a buildup of tension in my life. The work with you has been a huge help to me and my family. It has enabled me to stop and think about what is important to me and not to just keep repeating the same old behaviors that took me to that place originally. I feel that each week things improved. The real surprise to me was the effect of having a night of proper sleep! Something that I had not done in years. I now feel far more relaxed and able to be more analytical about the things I do and how I react.
