Anxiety is a necessary response to threat which has been handed down via DNA from our most ancient of ancestors.  A certain amount of anxiety is useful to us as it keeps us safe from harm.  The problem arises when we have too much of it, it lasts too long, and it’s out of control.

The good news is that anxiety can be treated using gentle techniques that retrain the brain, often rapidly reducing or even completely removing the debilitating symptoms and putting you back in control.
