Anxiety levels have reduced considerably.
I have been seeing Claire for several months now and she has helped me enormously, partly by allowing me to find ways of helping myself. Explanations of how the brain operates, particularly in states of anxiety, were really clear, very interesting too and very helpful in understanding what was going on in your body and in your head. As a result of these sessions with Claire I am feeling much more settled, anxiety levels have reduced considerably, I’m sleeping well and I think I now have the tools to carry on.
